The website is run by Akkord Drive AS, org. no. 824 613 222, Nils Hansens vei 5, 0667 Oslo. By using the website, you agree to the terms below.

The website gives information about the company, about the job as a driver, and about our depots. You can apply for a job here, request a quote for a planned trip, and get in touch with us.

The website is not a booking page for a taxi. You will not get a car by filling in a form here and now. If you need a car right away, use the app of the platform you know, or call us.

A submitted application is an expression of interest. It is not a job offer, and it gives no right to employment or to be invited to an interview.

No employment is entered into until both parties have signed a written employment contract. Verbal conversations, emails and messages from us along the way are not binding on us.

You are responsible for the information you provide being correct. If you provide incorrect information, or upload documents that do not belong to you, we will close the case.

The form for planned trips sends a request, not a booking. We do not have a car reserved for you until you have received a quote from us and accepted it.

The trip is considered confirmed once you have accepted the quote in writing, and you have received our confirmation. If you have not heard back from us, the trip is not booked.

If you need to cancel, please let us know as early as you can. Cancellations close to the agreed pick-up time may be invoiced.

Prices, shift times, terms and other information on the website are indicative. They only become binding once we have agreed them in writing for the individual case.

We reserve the right to correct errors in text and figures, and we may change the content without notice. Public requirements for driving certificates (kjøreseddel) and licences (løyve) may change, and what is stated here does not replace what the authorities decide.

We try to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is always error-free or available.

We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website, such as lost profit or lost working time. Our liability for the transport itself follows from the agreement about the trip and from applicable law.

The website may link to pages we do not run ourselves, for example platforms and public authorities. We are not responsible for the content there.

Text, images, graphics, code and the name Akkord Drive belong to us or to those we have an agreement with. You may read the pages and share links to them.

You may not copy content to your own websites, advertisements or commercial purposes without our written consent. Names and logos belonging to platforms we drive on belong to their respective companies.

How we process the information you submit is set out in the privacy policy.

We may change these terms. Changes apply once they are published here, and the date at the top of the page shows when we last did so. If you use the website after a change, you accept the new text.

Norwegian law applies. If we disagree, we will first try to resolve it amicably. If that does not succeed, Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) has jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may nonetheless bring the matter before the court where you live.
